I've known Gregorio for over 20 years, initially as my banker. I bought the family house in 2005 from my sister after my dad died. An uncle convinced me to keep the house as a rental unit, and my early landlord experience was not good. My first estate agent charged me 2 months security deposit as her commission, the second put people into the house who could not pay, they were evicted, and Gregorio was at the bank and paid them their security deposit for me (as I don't live in the US). I would not work with these two again. I then began using a friend in the town, they did a good job, until the agency was sold, and I moved to Gregorio. He rented the house three times for me, did a fantastic job selecting people who would pay their rent (as I live abroad, trust in the people was ultimate). Had a few minor problems, but Gregorio was always there to answer a message. Lastly the house was put up for sale, we tried to get top dollar for it (its 70 years old), buyers (my perspective) wanted a brand new house rather than doing a project. Anyway the house was finally sold for probably what was a fair price, all of the paperwork, transfers etc were handled very quickly and efficiently. I would not work with anyone else in the Chicagoland area if I wanted to buy, sell or rent a house or apartment.
